Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Wildfire (the “Service”), operated by MOWA Digital LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Wildfire lets you draft, schedule, and publish short-form video to connected third-party social platforms (such as TikTok and YouTube), with AI-assisted copy and a human approval step before anything is posted. Features, limits, and supported platforms may change over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and, where you connect a social account, meet that platform’s own eligibility rules.

3. Connected platforms

When you connect a third-party account, you authorize us to act on your behalf for the scopes you approve — for example, to read basic profile information and to publish content you have reviewed and approved. Your use of each platform through Wildfire is also subject to that platform’s own terms and policies, including TikTok’s Terms of Service. You are responsible for ensuring the content you publish complies with those policies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content;
• violate a connected platform’s terms, or attempt to bypass its rate limits, review, or content policies;
• send spam or engage in coordinated inauthentic behaviour;
• interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ data.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the videos and copy you upload or create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and transmit that content to the platforms you direct us to publish to. We do not add watermarks or branding to your content.

6. AI-generated copy

The Service can generate suggested titles, captions, and hashtags. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all copy before it is published. Generated suggestions may be inaccurate; the approval step is yours to exercise.

7. Fees

Paid plans, where offered, are billed through our payment processor. We never handle raw card details. Plan terms and any refunds are described at checkout.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time; disconnecting purges the stored access tokens for that account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or platform policies.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts, content, or availability of third-party platforms you connect.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
